Wholesale Returns & Final Sale Policy

Because USACLIMAX LLC operates as a wholesale HVAC supplier, sales are final unless USACLIMAX LLC expressly authorizes an exception.

Final Sale

Wholesale equipment, parts, accessories and materials are sold as final sale and are not automatically eligible for return, exchange or refund because of ordering errors, change of mind, project cancellation, incorrect sizing or other buyer-side circumstances.

Exception for Unopened Merchandise

USACLIMAX LLC may, at its sole discretion, consider an exception for merchandise that remains unused, uninstalled, unaltered and in its original unopened packaging. Any exception requires inspection and approval by USACLIMAX LLC before a return is accepted. Authorization of one exception does not create a continuing right to future returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

The customer should inspect merchandise promptly at pickup or delivery and notify USACLIMAX LLC as soon as reasonably possible of visible shipping damage, missing items or an incorrect item. Keep the product, packaging and supporting documentation available for inspection.

Installed or Altered Equipment

Equipment that has been installed, connected, charged, modified, altered or otherwise used is not eligible for a standard return. A product defect or warranty issue is handled under the applicable warranty policy rather than as a standard return.

Return Authorization

No merchandise should be sent or brought back as an approved return without authorization from USACLIMAX LLC. Any approved return is subject to the conditions communicated at the time of authorization and applicable law.
