For residential deliveries, the delivery company will contact your provided phone number to schedule a delivery appointment. If the phone number is invalid, the shipment cannot be delivered and will be returned at your expense within 3 days of arrival. Refused or undeliverable deliveries will be treated as returned merchandise.
Upon arrival, carefully count all boxes and compare them to the number on the delivery receipt before signing. Open boxes and inspect the merchandise for any damage. Our products undergo thorough inspection in ISO-regulated facilities, leaving our warehouse in perfect condition. Report any shipping damage to the carrier on the delivery receipt and file a claim. Additionally, contact us with a description of the damage and provide pictures.
