USACLIMAX LLC offers fulfillment options according to product availability, order size, destination and the terms shown on the applicable order or invoice.

Order Preparation

Availability and preparation times can vary. An order should not be considered ready for pickup or shipment until USACLIMAX LLC confirms that it is ready.

Local Pickup

Customers picking up merchandise are responsible for verifying the quantities and visible condition of the order and for using a suitable vehicle and safe method of loading and transport. Responsibility for merchandise transfers to the customer upon completed pickup, subject to applicable law and any documented concealed-damage or warranty claim.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping or delivery charges, when applicable, are determined by the order, destination, product dimensions, weight and delivery method. Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless USACLIMAX LLC expressly agrees otherwise in writing.

Inspection

Inspect merchandise promptly. Visible damage, shortages or incorrect merchandise should be reported to USACLIMAX LLC as soon as reasonably possible, with photographs and packaging retained when relevant to a carrier or supplier claim.

Delays and Availability

USACLIMAX LLC is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, supply interruptions or other events affecting transportation or inventory availability, except as otherwise required by law.
