Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Ensure to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that Everwell units have separate return terms found in the online store menu under "Terms and Warranty Conditions - Everwell Warranty Terms and Conditions." Everwell units are excluded from this return policy due to being standard units designated for export.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent without prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items can't be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We don't accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges:
The quickest way to get the desired item is to return the existing one. Once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period:
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel or return without justification. The item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Contact us at usaclimax@gmail.com if more than 15 business days have passed since return approval.
