Wholesale Terms & Conditions

These Wholesale Terms & Conditions apply to business-to-business purchases from USACLIMAX LLC. Our wholesale program is intended for HVAC technicians, installers, contractors, dealers and resellers.

Wholesale Accounts and Pricing

Wholesale pricing, volume pricing, product availability and purchase requirements may vary by product, brand, quantity and account. Approval as a dealer or wholesale customer does not guarantee any particular price, credit limit, inventory level or product availability.

Orders and Payment

Orders are subject to acceptance and inventory availability. Unless USACLIMAX LLC expressly approves written credit terms, payment is due as stated on the invoice or order. Customers are responsible for reviewing model numbers, voltage, capacity, quantities and other specifications before completing the purchase.

Professional Installation and Responsibility

HVAC equipment must be selected, handled and installed by qualified personnel in accordance with applicable codes, manufacturer instructions and licensing requirements. For equipment not installed by USACLIMAX LLC, the purchaser and/or installer is responsible for proper sizing, installation, commissioning, electrical work, refrigerant procedures and code compliance. USACLIMAX LLC is not responsible for improper installation or work performed by third parties.

Brand Warranties

Products sold under third-party brands remain subject to the applicable manufacturer's or brand owner's warranty terms. USACLIMAX LLC does not modify or expand a manufacturer's warranty unless a separate written USACLIMAX warranty expressly states otherwise.

Returns, Shipping and Pickup

All purchases are also subject to the applicable Wholesale Returns & Final Sale Policy and Shipping & Pickup Policy published by USACLIMAX LLC.

Changes

USACLIMAX LLC may update these terms prospectively. The terms applicable to an order are those in effect when that order is placed, except where otherwise required by law.
